2011-12 Season ~ Season Finale! Final Concert - May 18 & 19, 2012 Mozart's Symphony No. 40, K. 550 G minor is unquestionably one of his most admired pieces of music... and this work of passion sets the tone for the evening. Then, the Eureka Symphony welcomes our own world-acclaimed artist, Ryan MacEvoy McCullough, playing Sergei Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto #3. Ryan returns home to play one of the most technically challenging concertos in the piano repertoire. * The May concerts begin at 8 pm; Music Notes are at 7 pm both nights.

Pianists Daniela Mineva and John Chernoff offer informal talks this season from 7-7:30 pm before each performance. Come early and join in the discussion as John & Daniela demonstrate from the piano the musical structure, historical context, and present-day significance of the music we're playing.

Star Spangled 1st - July 1, 2012

Join us on Sunday the first of July, for a Star Spangled Brass Concert and Ice Cream Social at historic Fern Cottage in Ferndale. After the concert, tour this Victorian Home with its original furnishings!
